用户向国内注册服务机构所要转移 密码（所需提交材料以注册服务机构要求为准）－－将转移密码提交给海外注册商－－海外注册商将转移申请提交CNNIC海外GATEWAY，NEUSTAR （www.neustar.com.cn)－－NUESTAR将转移申请发至CNNIC－－CNNIC将在收到申请1个工作日内完成转移。
